Swantide Launches Workflow Builder and Private Workflow Libraries

Swantide’s mission has always been to streamline Salesforce management while reducing implementation costs and timelines.

At the heart of Swantide’s product is our Workflow Library—a collection of pre-built automations, dashboards, and features that automate implementation of Salesforce. Each workflow is developed, tested, and published by Swantide’s internal Salesforce team, with new workflows added weekly thanks to proprietary tools we’ve built to bundle, customize, test, and deploy them at scale.

Today, I’m excited to share that Swantide customers can now create and publish their own workflows through Private Workflow Libraries using our new, customer-facing Workflow Builder tool. This powerful feature lets teams bundle metadata from existing Salesforce instances and turn it into reusable, customizable assets for future customers.

For SIs and Salesforce partners, this functionality delivers on the long-standing promises of legacy accelerators—now with unmatched customization and scalability.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked closely with SIs and ISVs to help them build private workflow libraries. The results are already making an impact: Our partner Veruna reduced their release deployment time by over 50% using their custom Swantide Workflows. Together, we're enabling them to support complex customizations more efficiently while maintaining the premium quality their customers expect.
