Today we introduced Corduroy, our AI Assistant for managing your CRM.
From the beginning of Swantide, our roadmap has always been driven by customer feedback and needs. Committed to improving the management of GTM systems, we’ve turned thousands of hours of manual implementation into mere minutes. Customers rely on Swantide’s platform to scale their systems with best practices in mind, and Corduroy takes that experience even further by automating and expediting the recommendation experience.
Over the past 3 years, we’ve collected data about how customers talk about problems related to their go-to-market process, CRM, and revenue operations. In some cases, they weren’t exactly sure what questions to ask us. We’ve used this data to precisely train Corduroy so that it recommends the ideal configuration change to deploy to your CRM, regardless of the end user’s technical acumen. Knowing what and when to build is just as critical as being able to build it quickly.
As I think about the future of Swantide, I’m more excited than ever about the value we can deliver to customers. With more tools, stakeholders, and macroeconomic changes than ever before, RevOps teams have never had a more challenging job than they do today. We are committed to delivering the support they need to manage their tech stacks more efficiently, for a lower cost and with greater visibility.
